Our approach embraces the rhythmic, fluid, and focused movements of Pilates,
building strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.
Pilates was developed by the visionary Joseph Pilates nearly a century ago, and over time adaptations are created to keep up with evidence-based science and to stay current with the times, just as Joseph Pilates himself would most likely have done. The Pilates method still stays true to its foundations today and will continue to stay as a truly remarkable form of exercise.
At our studio, we honor Joseph Pilates’ method with intention, integrity, and a paramount focus on safety.
Embracing the concept of Small Group Training (SGT), our classes create an environment that’s not only more personal but also remarkably effective and results-driven compared to crowded spaces. We’re dedicated to refining your technique, enriching your learning, and ensuring a client-focused experience!
Our classes can be a blend of Pilates, Garuda, Barre, Chi Ball or Meridian Stretching. They can also include weights, resistance bands, foam rollers, suspension trainers, balls, spine correctors and other props.
We cap our exclusive group to 6 individuals – this lets us work together closely and focusing on your aspirations with heightened attention and a deeper personal commitment.
For those seeking further advancement, our offerings extend to Private and Semi-Private training sessions.
Within our community, the collective support is geared to empower you toward thriving and achieving your goals.
Pilates is a form of exercise that emphasizes mindbody balance through the development of core strength and flexibility by practising a variety of graceful movements utilizing floor mats and various pieces of equipment. It conditions and develops the deeper, supporting muscles of the body to improve posture, balance and coordination.
The Six Principles of Pilates are:
FLOW – CONCENTRATION – CENTERING – BREATH – CONTROL – PRECISION
These principles are referred to during the session as a reminder to assist you in further enhancing your practice and benefiting your body and mind.
Our classes keep your practice fresh as variety is the key! Check out our Pilates Timetable.
STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY through MOVEMENT
Garuda is a beautiful blend of Pilates, Yoga and Dance and with regular practise you will find that your strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance and endurance will improve.
Barre is taking the movements, techniques and exercises that you learn in Pilates and Garuda and transition them to a standing repertoire. The Barre Workout is primarily focused on strengthening and toning the hips and lower body. Although, we also add core exercises into the class and spine and shoulder mobility work. You can also expect to work up a sweat in this class too!
Embodiment meditation is a practice that involves mindfully inhabiting and connecting with your physical body, fostering a deep awareness of sensations, movements, and emotions.
By immersing yourself in the present moment and fully experiencing the sensations within, embodiment meditation enhances your connection to both body and mind, promoting a profound sense of presence and self-understanding.

Remedial Pilates is a method of exercise used for rehabilitation after injury or surgery. Proven benefits include improvements in posture, flexibility, muscle strength, control, balance and core and pelvic floor strengthening.
I can highly recommend Nu Energy Body Therapy personal training sessions. Sharon incorporates a mix of Pilates Apparatus with traditional gym equipment and the work out is never boring. My concerns are a weak core and questionable balance but Sharon structures the sessions to suit my individual needs whilst ensuring whole body health and strength. Her attention to the smallest details in movement is incredible, picking up things no other trainer has ever commented on. She will adjust the angle of an arm or leg and suddenly different muscles kick in. Even after the toughest training, I always feel amazing when I leave.
