Drawing from my dance background, I infuse technique into movement, guided by the belief that every action should be intentional and purposeful, allowing you to build strength and mobility on a solid foundation. My ultimate goal is for every person to leave class with a sense of achievement and feeling better than when they arrived!

In addition, we delve into Embodiment Meditation, a practice centered around grounding and presence, infusing the body with a soothing calmness. This practice enables you to truly experience your body from within, an extraordinary sensation you might not have encountered before.
