Ready to Design Your Life, Your Way?
Take the first step toward clarity, growth, and fulfillment
AND start creating the life you deserve!
Finishing physiotherapy or clinical rehabilitation is a great milestone.
But being medically cleared doesn’t always mean you feel ready to get back to everything you want to do.
You might be stronger, but still cautious. You might have regained your movement, but not your confidence.
Or you might simply be unsure how to progress from rehabilitation exercises
into everyday life and the activities you enjoy.
That’s where Post-Rehab Recovery comes in.
Recovery isn’t just about completing your exercises. It’s about being able to use your body confidently in the life you want to live.
That might mean:
Your goal doesn’t have to be athletic.
Being able to comfortably and independently do the things you need and want to do every day is a worthwhile goal in itself.
We build on the foundation you’ve established through rehabilitation,
working on the things that matter to your life.
Strength | Mobility | Balance | Coordination | Endurance | Confidence
The focus isn’t on ticking boxes or pushing as hard as possible.
It’s about progressing intelligently.
Finding the right level of challenge for your body, your goals and your current capacity,
then gradually building from there.
That’s where we start.
With more than 20 years as a Remedial Massage Therapist and more than 19 years teaching Pilates, together with my background in dance, movement and body awareness, I bring a broad understanding of how the body moves, adapts and builds capacity.
We’ll look at where you are now, what you’re capable of, and what you want to work towards.
Because your recovery should have a destination that matters to you.
Post-Rehab Recovery complements, rather than replaces, your clinical rehabilitation.
Your doctor, physiotherapist or other treating professional remains responsible
for your diagnosis and clinical care.
My role is to help you build on that foundation when you’re ready for the next stage,
using personalised movement, Pilates-based exercise, strength, mobility and body awareness.
It’s about complementing your healthcare, not replacing it.
Sometimes recovery gives you an opportunity to build something
stronger, more capable and more confident.
✨ A body you trust.
✨ A better understanding of how you move.
✨ More confidence in what you can do.
✨ And the capacity to get on with the things that make life yours.
The goal isn’t simply to recover.
It’s to rebuild your capacity to live well.
If you’ve finished rehabilitation and you’re wondering what comes next, let’s talk about where you are now, where you want to go, and what might help you get there.
